Marathon armed robbery

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —

Two men, one armed and one wearing a Halloween mask, robbed an Upstate gas station, according to Greenville County deputies.

Deputies said the robbery happened just before 10 p.m. Friday at the Marathon gas station on White Horse Road.

Deputies said the two men walked into the store and demanded money from the drawer.

They left with cash, deputies said.

Deputies, assisted by a K-9, tried to track the suspects on foot, but were unsuccessful.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.
